internal phases if needed, no simplification, no placeholders, no skipping.

## ✅ Sprint 1 · Foundation

Auth, RBAC, Setup Wizard, Dashboard shell, UI framework, Theme engine, Settings,
Profile. **Delivered.**

## Sprint 2 · Products & Inventory core

- Product master (SKU, HSN, unit, tax, MRP, buying/selling price, category,
  brand, supplier default, barcode field, image, active flag)
- Category and Brand masters
- Unit of Measure master
- Warehouses / branches
- Opening stock upload (Excel)
- Stock valuation groundwork (weighted average, no ledger yet)
- Feature flag: `products = true`

## Sprint 3 · Purchase & Suppliers

- Supplier master (GSTIN, payment terms)
- Purchase orders → GRN → Purchase invoice pipeline
- Purchase returns
- Append-only stock ledger (start writing rows here)
- Feature flag: `purchase = true`

## Sprint 4 · Sales & Billing

- Customer master
- POS + full sales invoice with tax breakup
- Sales returns
- Print with printer defaults (A4, A5, 58mm, 80mm)
- Feature flag: `sales = true`

## Sprint 5 · Credit & Collections

- Customer credit limit
- Ageing reports
- Payment allocation FIFO
- SMS/WhatsApp reminders
- Feature flag: `credit = true`

## Sprint 6 · Reports & Analytics

- 30+ reports: Sales register, Purchase register, Stock, Ledger, GSTR-1/3B
  helpers
- ApexCharts dashboards fed by real data
- Excel + PDF export

## Sprint 7 · Audit UI & Backup

- Activity log viewer
- Nightly backup to S3
- Feature flag: `audit_ui = true`, `backup = true`

## Sprint 8 · Barcode & Label printer

- Barcode generation (Milon)
